Product Introduction
■ LW25-252/T4000-50 circuit breaker with spring operating mechanism was developed and finished testing in Sep. 2006. ■ LW25D-126 145/T3150-40 31.5 single-phase operated circuit breaker with spring operating mechanism was developed and finished testing in Dec. 2006. ■ LW25A- 252/Y4000-50 three-phase mechanically circuit breaker with hydraulic operating mech- anism was developed and finished testing in Jan. 2007. ■ LW25 -126/T4000-40 special circuit breaker for reactive compensation finished appraisal with swithing back-to-back capacitor bank current of 1600A , switching reactor in series current of 1600A , breaking single capacitor bank current of 3500-4000A,whinch can meet the requirement of general switchgear and branch switchgear for reactive compensation in UHV. ■ 220kV and above circuit breakers with “XD” brand got “China Top Brand” in Sept . 2007. Type LW24-40.5 72.5outdoor H.V.A.C. tank specially-used SF6 gas circuit breaker has the features and advantages of type LW24 product. Focusing on requirement of switching of capacitive load and switching inductive load,the improvement is made on interrupter, in order to not only maintain the original technical properties, but also suit well switching capacitive and inductive load current. LW24-40.5 specially-used circuit breaker passed tests of switching three-phase back to back capacitor bank current of 1500A and switching parallel reactor current of 1600A at KEMA lab.in Oct.2004. LW24-72.5 specially used circuit breaker passed tests of switching three-phase back-to-back capacitor bank current of 2000A and switching parallel reactor current of 1500A at KEMA lab. in Nov. 2004. The products ont only conform to IEC requirement but also has higher technical data in the aspect of breaking capacitive and inducrive load. The performances have reached international top level.

　Application

H.V. A.C.porcelain type SF6 gas circuit breakers,with voltage from 40.5-550kV and rated current up to 4000A,manufactured by ourcompany,are provided with three kinds of operating mechanism, pneumatic, spring and hydraulic type.Motor is used in spring mechanism to charge closing spring and charge opening spring at closing. Disk spring is used in hydraulic mechanism to be charged
in stead of traditional compressed nitrogen gas for charge, and hydraulic driving is used at both opening and closing.Compressed air is used in pneumatic mechanism as driven force for open while spring is used for close. The three kinds of operating mechanisms have their own features and are used in circuit breakers of different voltage class respectively.Due to the unit structure in circuit breaker,there are advantages of minimized number of breaks,lower number of parts,simple structure,high reliability and long period of inspection.
